I do not take part in online dispute resolution before consumer arbitration boards.
Liability for Contents
As service provider, I am liable for proprietary contents of my website pursuant to Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to Sections 8-10 TMG, service providers are not obligated to permanently monitor submitted or stored information or to search for evidence of illegal activities.
This does not affect the obligation to remove or block use of information under general laws. However, I am not liable until I gain knowledge of an actual violation. I will remove any illegal content immediately.
Liability for Links
My website contains links to external third-party websites. I have no influence on the contents of those websites and therefore accept no responsibility for such content. Providers or administrators of linked websites are always responsible for their own content.
At the time the links were added to my website, they were assessed for possible violations. No illegal content was detected at the time of the linking. However, it is not reasonable to permanently monitor linked content without specific indication of a violation. Illegal links will be removed immediately as soon as I gain knowledge of such violation.
