Revocation of your consent to the processing of data

Many data processing transactions are allowed only with your express consent. You can also revoke at any time any consent you have already given me. To do so, simply send me an informal notification via email. This shall be without prejudice to the legality of any data collection that occurred prior to your revocation.

Right to object to the collection of data in special cases; right to object to direct advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds related to your particular situation, to processing of your personal data which is based on Art. 6 Section 1 lit. e or f of the GDPR, including profiling based on these provisions. To determine the legal basis on which any processing of data is based, please consult this Privacy Statement. • If I do not need your personal data any longer but you need it to exercise your rights, defend or assert claims, you may limit processing of your data instead of requesting that it be deleted.
  • If you have raised an objection pursuant to Art. 21 Section 1 GDPR, your and my legitimate interests will be assessed. Until it has been determined whose interests are overriding, you may request limited processing of your data.
  • If you have made such a request, this data – with the exception of archiving – may be processed only subject to your consent, or for the purpose of exercising rights, defending or asserting claims, or to protect the rights of other natural persons or legal entities, or for important public interest reasons cited by the European Union or a Member State.
